Berry Baked Oats

This Berry baked oats is perfect as a snack or breakfast on-the-go in a portion that is suitable for the whole family.

Why do I love oats? Not only are oats a brilliant source of fibre but they also contain some amazing vitamins and minerals like zinc, iron, magnesium and vitamin B1 to name a few which make it an amazing and nutrient dense food. Oats is also so versatile. You can cook them over the stove, bake with them and make muesli from them. Here is one of my favourite baked oats recipes at the moment.


  • 2 cups oats

  • 2 bananas

  • 1-2 eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • pinch of salt

Berry Sauce

  • 1 cup frozen berries/ berries available

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  1. Your Add all baked oats ingredients, blend and set aside.

  2. Combine your berries, honey and vanilla essence.

  3. Fold in your 3/4 of your berry Sauce into the baked oats.

  4. Add oats mix to a greased oven proof pan pour over the remaining berry sauce.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.

  6. Serve as a snack or breakfast on-the-go.
